Network went down due to upstream provider
hardware issue. They are working to replace
faulty equipment. All systems are back online
at this time but may go down again temporarily
before the next maintenance window tonight at

Upgrade completed. Total outage 15 minutes.

DESCRIPTION:
Server SILVER requires hardware maintenance/replacement.
Due to Thanksgiving holiday, there is no better time
to make this happen. Server will be under maintenance
between 6:30 and 10:30 am with. Customer effecting
outage is expected to be 25 minutes, the rest of the
time work will proceed in the background.
